Re-Watching Movies

I rarely do this. If I do, it's several years after first seeing the movie. The main reason is becuase I have a really good memory.

I mean, yeah, I want to watch a movie again. But it's just that I remember it pretty darn well that prevents me from re-watching it.

So what about you? Do you re-watch movies on regular basis? Or don't you?

  1. Yeah, I re-watch films quite a lot, especially those I love. Sometimes I need to see again a movie I didn't like in order to understand it or at least to make an attempt to.

  2. I'm the same as you. I love buying DVDs to have a collection but I rarely watch a film twice in a year. The exception is comedies that are just easy to watch.

  3. I re-watch my favorites a lot, although I watch a lot of "new" (to me, anyway) films. About the same amount of both

  5. I like to re-watch most of my DVDs. Some of them are just so great they need to be viewed more than once. Then they sit around for awhile and I'll eventually watch them again.

  6. I rewatch movies all the time. I have a group of a couple of hundred films that I know will always cheer me up. Top Hat, The Thin Man, Return to Oz, Ghost World, that video on YouTube of those twin babies having a debate about socks...

  7. Oh, I definitely re-watch movies. Though, it really depends on my mood. It's weird to hear some film critics say they don't. I find some films that I re-watch to have different perspectives from the first time around. But, that's just me! :)
