Two questions about Academy Awards

With the big news in Hollywood being Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin are to host the 82nd Academy Awards, I ask two questions:

1) Who is your favorite past host?

2) Which celebrity would you like to see host the Oscars?

    Ellen is my favourite past host. There was nothing that I disliked about her 'performance'.

    And I'd love to see Kristin Chenoweth host though I know it won't happen. But go to youtube and type in her name followed by Drama Desk Awards and you'll see why.

    Jon Stewart is actually my favorite past host (I know, I'm in the minority).

    I'd love to see Ricky Gervais host it, just because of how much he doesn't give a crap and will start riffing at the drop of a hat.

    @The Mad Hatter: I liked Jon Stewart when he hosted the 80th ("Does this town need a hug?"). And hopefully Gervais will do well at the Golden Globes.
